We are licensed, bonded, insured & accredited through the National Home Watch Association to deliver white gloves, and professional service.
Serenity HomeWatch & Concierge services were established in 2021 by Heather and Gal.
It was initially a property management business serving landlords' needs, and managing their properties and tenants. Both Heather and Gal are Real Estate Licensed agents.
Gal has a background in property management for private properties and corporate-owned complexes. And Heather has a concierge services business serving private islands in the Bahamas.
Seeing so many vacant homes in our neighborhoods and being requested from friends and neighbors to watch over their homes while they are away. We quickly realized the need in south Florida for the seasonal homeowner to have a trusted person to watch their home, especially during unpredictable weather times.
That’s how we learned about the HomeWatch business. We joined the association to get educated and accredited, and now we love helping homeowners sleep better at night knowing that their home is protected no matter where they are.
Our Inspections consist of general security, pest control, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, pool service, hurricane preparation, and landscape maintenance.
